In this stage , we get to know what are parent’s concerns and what are student’s interest, academic report, budget availability, country of preference (if any), etc.
• Advising parent and student on the most suitable institution and/or subject
• Collecting all documents that are required by the institution
• Sending documents to the institution
• Follow up the admission process
• Corresponding and monitoring and follow up with the admission / international office
• Receive “Letter of Acceptance” if the student is accepted
• Accommodation arrangement
• Air ticket booking service
• Visa process assistance (we do not guarantee)
• Pick up arrangement at the airport on arrival day, when applicable
• Ensure payment / transfer is made to the institution prior departure as required by the institution (if any)
• Briefing on what to bring, culture shock, etc
